Christmas party?

Not today. On this evening there will be no "Home Alone", no "Grinch", no Christmas Film. Today Ladies and Gentleman I give you a Film, which is my favourite film of all the time. What is more I first watched it when I was twelve and I watched it about 30 times in my life. This is:
Dirty Dancing

Okay it is not for plot. But this movie I watch now at least once in a year. It was 1987, when Jennifer Gray became famous and what is more when the world truly met Patrick Swayze, unfortunately we can't see him anymore :(.
However, what most people do not know: that in 1987 film director Aaron Russo said about Dirty Dancing “burn the negatives, collect the insurance"

The story was: Spending the summer at a Catskills resort with her family, Frances "Baby" Houseman falls in love with the camp's dance instructor, Johnny Castle...

Look at this:

The most famous moment

Huge success, but not for the plot of course, but for music. Oh my God these songs are always in my mind:

1. "Time of my life". Oscar for this song speaks for itself.

2. "Hungry eyes "

3. Or written and sang by Patrick Swayeze himself (for his wife) "She's like the wind"

4. Or "Do You love me?" from the watermelon scene:

Music made this film famous. But, do you know that  "No one puts baby in the corner" is on the list  of 100 Best Movie Quotes of American Film Institute

I will give some interesting facts:
1. The Lakce Scene was shot in October. Jennifer's and Patrick's lips were blue. They had to film it over and over again.

2. This reactions were real, and director decided to put them in film.

1. Billy Zane was chosen to play Johnny, but he had not have enough chemistry with Jennifer Grey, Johnny instead of being Italian became Irish. (Hallelujah)

Billy Zane

Patrick Swayze

Trailer:

I have today game for you match the song with the scene:

A🎵Time of my Life
B🎵Hungry Eyes
C🎵Do You Love me?
D🎵She's Like the wind
E🎵Wipeout

Let's find a girl...

No jump to something fresh I would say, My beloved director David Fincher made something really interesting and he is still good as he was in the times of Fight Club.
This film which I want you to watch is called Gone Girl.

Okay, To be honest I didn't want to watch it at the beginning, because of the Ben Affleck, I am not huge fan of his acting. I still don't like his version of Batman. However In this film he isn't so annoying. But this movie exists only because of the one and only Rosamund Pike ( She played a kind of a villan in James Bond Film: Die Another Day) . She is marvellous.
And I fell in love with her voice. Actually, you believe her from the very first second.

In real life

Rosamund Pike
Ben Affleck
Neil Patrick Harris

In the film:

Here I give you some screenshots to give you the climate of the movie (without spoilers)

I'll say only few things about the plot: Nick (Ben Affleck) wakes up in the morning, leaves the house, when he comes back he finds the sings of struggle. The the story begins: His wife is gone. What is more with time he is accused for murder...

Trailer:

This is all for today, but I give you a question only one before the movie:

🏃🏃🏃 Did he kill her?
